First, let me tell you that I am grateful that you have stopped by. I created this blog to journey my experiences as a teacher. I love creating and sharing resources. Some resources are tangible while others are intangible. Nonetheless, it's important to see that life provides different resources, you just have to recognize it.
Growing up in an impoverished area of Jamaica I knew that education was the key to a better life. My circumstances helped to influence me to become a teacher. It shaped my outlook on life and helped to guide me down the path to being a teacher. I always looked up to my teachers who pushed me to look past my circumstances and encouraged me to be the best I can be. The encouragement that I received motivated me to be the best student and teacher that I can be.
It's important not to let your circumstances determine your outcome. Use life' lessons as resources to help with overcoming obstacles.
